  Had a really good experience at Wingstop thanks to Min Khant Thway. He was very friendly, polite, and gave excellent customer service. He made us feel welcome and checked that everything was okay during our visit. Really appreciated his positive attitude and kindness. Thank you for the great service!

  this is our 2nd time visiting here . first time was over 45 minutes wait on food , this time , no milkshakes no still bottled water , half carbonated drinks out of stock and restaurant very cold from the AC . would we visit again ? most probably not . Amir the server was friendly and good at his job , but i think he found it hard to understand our gloucestershire accent.

  I’ve been to many Wingstop locations, but the service I received from Amir today was on a whole different level. He is a massive asset to your team! Amir handled our visit with incredible patience and professionalism. Even though we had a million questions, he stayed positive and kept a genuine smile the whole time. Instead of just taking an order, he actually took the time to ask about our taste preferences and guided us to the perfect choice. It felt like a personalized experience rather than just a quick meal. What impressed me most was that he didn't stop there, he checked on us at our table afterward to ensure we were enjoying the food and to see if we needed anything else. It’s rare to find such dedication and hospitality nowadays. Management, please recognize Amir for his outstanding work; he is the reason we’ll be regular customers at this location! 10/10 service

  I went to the Wingstop at Cribbs Causeway with my family recently, and honestly we had a really nice experience, mainly because of Amir who was working on the till. We took a bit of time ordering (as families do), and he was really patient with us the whole time. He didn’t rush us at all, helped us with the menu, and made sure we got everything right. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and just had a really calm, positive attitude which made things feel relaxed. You could tell he actually cared about doing his job properly, not just getting people through the line. Even though it seemed busy, he stayed polite and professional and treated everyone with the same kindness. It’s small things like that that make a difference, and it made the visit much more enjoyable for all of us. Big thanks to Amir great service and a really good representative for that branch.
